I took a poetry class this semester and enjoyed it much more than I thought I would. I wrote this early in the semester, when we were studying ballads. I gave it to my super-talented little brother, who on-the-spot composed a little background music and laid down the vocals.
That brought me back to my childhood–beautiful!
I finally listened to it, and I’m so glad I did. It’s really beautiful and sweet and doesn’t sound at all like it was an on the spot recording!
